I agree with the noon kick-off.  UCF fans don't seem to be able to handle the extra drinking time!

It's gonna depend on what we do versus our opponents up until that time.  With UCF having put up a fight until the end versus Texas and the possibility that they could defeat Memphis, Louisiana-Lafayette, and East Carolina it is possible that ESPN would want this game at noon.  If we beat UNC, WVU, and FAU and UCF wins all their games then it becomes an interesting intrastate matchup. 

There're also currently no night games planned on ESPN or ABC for that night, so we could get one of those slots.  USF could be a top 15 team at that time.  UCF could be getting top 25 votes if they continue to win, though it's hard to say if that'll actually happen.  The close loss to Texas will help them out in that.

USF would be the major drawing interest here, though the storyline of two emerging team in Florida is one that will likely interest ESPN.  If they do pick it up then it'll be our fifth national game this year.  Louisville could be another as could Cincinnati.
