North Carolina at No. 23 South Florida

This is a great matchup in terms of personnel because UNC has three talented wide receivers (Hakeem Nicks, Brandon Tate and Brooks Foster) who will be facing what I think is the best cornerback tandem in college football, Mike Jenkins and Trae Williams. Last week against Virginia, Foster and Nicks combined for 14 receptions and both went over 100 yards receiving. For the Bulls, Jenkins is the top cornerback in the senior class and has very good size (6-0, 200). Williams (5-10, 188), although not as talented as Jenkins, is still extremely skilled and could help neutralize North Carolina's passing game.

We talk a good deal about Jenkins and Williams a lot, and they deserve all the credit they're getting, But, I was really impressed with the play of our safties agains Auburn. I think they may be a bit underrated. I think Carlton Williams and Nate Allen are quite a compliment to the corners.

Mr. Yates meet Mr. Selvie. I think they'll meet a few times Saturday.

only thing that worries me about our secondary is that ryan gilliam seems WAY undersized.  seems ilke he is only in there on nickel and dime packages but he got ran over a few times in that auburn game

I think the way that kid ran over his own tackle on one play that he'll be running over a bunch of people in the next four years.

I just hope that fumbling problem he developed in the third quarter doesn't get into his head to much. He's going to grow into a good runiing back.
