Nine sections of the upper deck have already sold out for the contest with West Virginia, and according to McGillis "new sections are opening up and filling quickly."

how many sections are there in the upper deck?  and does that 9 include the 4 for students? (probably not, since student tickets don't start until monday, so that would be 11 sections sold out minimum).

This leads me to believe over 50K tickets have already been sold with over a week to go.  60K is in the bag.

Lower bowl=41K+

9 sections of upper deck sold = 6K+

Sections of upper deck reserved for students = 4K

Sections of upper deck that are partially sold out = 3-4K (estimate).

Total estimate sold as of now 51-55K, possibly, depending on how other sections of upper deck are selling.
