ok so these wristbands, do they say "UNC" or "WVU" on them?  cuz if they are just generic wristbands, i'll just get one and make it big and slip it off, that way i never have to wait in line after this.

I'd like to know how widespread this cluster eff idea is.

The ticket,ID, wristband are required to get in, not just the wristband. And also they are planning on using different colors for each game.

No. A/S funds cover that, to the best of my knowledge.

His point was that someone who is outside of the initial 8000 (aka, supposed to sit in the upper bowl), can just buy online whatever color bracelet they happen to be using that week.

I like the idea of tickets that say "UPPER BOWL" or "LOWER BOWL", but those can just be passed around, so I suggest  something like this: hand out the first 8,000 lower bowl ticket "vouchers" that they can trade in the day of the game (say starting 3 hours before the game) for the actual lower bowl ticket. This will serve a few purposes: 1) Will make is much harder to get in illegitamately. First, the students wouldnt know what wrist band color it was until the day of the game. Second, even if someone had a fake bracelet of the correct color, they would need the lower bowl voucher to actually get their ticket to get into the stadium. 2) It will prevent people from being to forced to wear a bracelet for nearly three months consecutively.

For the last 4,000, they would just get their upper bowl tickets immediately.
