Jim will never leave but there is going to have to be a plan in place to pony up every few yrs and probably again next yr to make sure that Leavitt does become the Joe Paterno & Bobby Bowden of USF.

If things continue to shape out for our football program, I say up him to 1.5 _>, increase his staff's wages by a considerable amount (we lose waaaaay too many staff members in the offseason), and get this guy a dining hall.
