I'm hoping we at LEAST have a different game plan.  KSU's D was very fast.  Also, we have played and practiced against [glow=yellow,2,300]defences that are equal to or faster than USF[/glow].  Not trying to flame anyone, just reminding some of you that your defensive speed is not necessarily unique.  It should be a good game at any rate.  Good luck.

Well, not really.  There aren't that many defenses equal to or faster than USF. 

From what I saw on the replay, USF's defense is faster than Auburn's and KSU.

It will be quite a defensive battle... I would expect 21 points will be enough to win.

I believe the fact that South Florida has an extremely good offense but i think its a little silly for you to say ur defense is better than Auburns give me some facts in that opinnion

top 25 in total defense last year.  Im not saying we're better than AU but we are much better and faster than KSU on the defensive side of the ball and they did a good job of containing AU for the majority of the game.

1. I never talked about USF's offense.

2. I never said "better" ... I said USF's defense is faster than Auburn's... which is my opinion.  USF was #25 in total defense last year (#11 in pass efficiency defense) ... Auburn was #19 in total defense last year... so they are pretty evenly matched.

A Top 20 SEC team is not better than a Top 10 Big East team ... a SEC team receiving votes is not better than a Top 25 Big East team.

Our 11 guys will be playing against their 11 guys.

The better team will win Saturday night.

And regarding our D ... we have a better coaching staff.

Auburn's first mistake...letting this become a nite game.  Field position and specialies willl be the difference in this matchup 'cuz I'm guessing the O vs D for both teams is a victory for the D.  After traveling to SC & Birmingham for AL, I do not expect a Bull vic but I believe our team will be the most competitive in a game vs a SEC team up to this date in time.  That's why I'm on the traveling team  :).

USF had the #25 overall defense and Auburn had the #19 overall defense.  Now I could be wrong, but I'd be willing to bet that Auburn played nowhere near the caliber offenses that the Bulls faced.

Of course, that was last year and we'll see what happens this year, but if Tiger fans think their D is light years ahead of the USF defense, they're going to learn something Saturday.

Im not underestimating the bulls defense...all i am going to say is this is the best defense you have played in some time
