To the well-meaning fans in Section 120 who kept trying to get the "2 bits 4 bits" chant going...

That is a GATORS chant.  Not a BULLS chant.  It will never be a BULLS chant.  Ever.  Do not do it ever again.

I applaud your enthusiasm and energy, but be original please.

Some dude has a USF jersey with "2-Bits" on the back, he doesnt even come over to my section anymore because when he did and tried to start his stupid chant we all got up and started yelling at him and booing him to get out, he learned his lesson around 134.

Someone came into the front of the student section with a florida state jersey and hat on. Everyone booed him until he took it off and flipped his FSU t-shirt inside out.

I know "2-Bits", and he tailgates with us quite a bit.  A lot of you give him a lot of smack because of his chant, but he's a die-hard USF supporter and attends most, if not all, USF games.  Perhaps not the best chant in the world, but I don't see very many others trying to get the home crowd spirit going.  Man...Some of you need to stop being hardasses and give the dude a break!

Now, I agree about jumping on the dumbasses wearing non-USF gear...

While I agree wholeheartedly with the sentiments here, I may be mistaken, but I think the two bits cheer was around long before that dumbass at UF ruined it for everybody else...

As a side note, I think we should spread the word that the Wave is also a Gator mainstay and should be avoided like the plague.

If this is the same "2-bits" guy that I am thinking of, then yes he is a huge USF fan.  From what I remember, his wife teaches at USF.

I met him on Beef's on Fowler when they used to host watch parties for a way games.

Give him a break.  I can guarantee that "2-bits" did not originate at UF (but if I am wrong, some documented proof would be nice).  It is like every other cheer that I heard back in high school.  I could recite a few, but I retired my "Spartans" uniform years ago.

"2-Bits" may have been around long before UF, however they have adopted the cheer and everyone in the country including ESPN (who have done show specials in regard to the cheer) knows 2-Bits is a GaYturd cheer. I have never heard it done at any other University, if you have please share..............The gentelman who wears the jersey may be a die hard USF Fan & thats fantastic however trying to lead a cheer that University of Florida is known for in our house is UNACCEPTABLE.
