Putting it on YouTube is a great way to help those without access...

Also the little button when you are replying or posting will allow you to embed the YouTube video...

It creates two tags:

[ youtube=425,350 ]  and [ /youtube ]  (without the "and" or the spaces)

Then between the tages (where the " and " is now), you put the video's code...

For example, if the link on YouTube is "

The code would be TPm9JXKiaEs  ... the part after the "v="

Also, highlight the whole code (again - no spaces)

[glow=blue,2,300][ youtube=425,350 ] TPm9JXKiaEs [ /youtube ][/glow]

and click the

to center the embedded YouTube video ( between [ center ][ /center ] tags...)

The code becomes (without the spaces):

[ center ][ youtube=425,350 ] TPm9JXKiaEs [ /youtube ][ /center ]

It's ESPN ... but it's not 25 hours straight... they are showing SportsCenter...

College Football Live is on from Noon to 3:00, 3:30 - 4:00 and 7:00 to 8:00 ... leading up to the LSU @ Mississippi State game at 8pm...
