based on WHAT exactly?!

I'm going to agree with BULLfreak, Schiano is a bit over-rated.

not that I like Schiano BUT I do respect what he has done...think man, every player in USF history has been picked by Leavitt...He didnt take over a perennial loser and build them up. They didnt get better until his system and players were entrenched in the program there...I give props to Rutgers...but I CANNOT STAND THEM

Rutgers is PreSeason Top 25 ... this season will tell alot about Schiano. Last year was a great year, but it was outta nowhere - was it a fluke ? We'll see their record in 2 more years and have a better idea of annointing him a great coach.
