even when the marketing department makes half an effort something foils it.  you gotta make sure all these problems are worked out BEFORE you launch a marketing program

I just tried it.

They're charging $31 for the ticket.  2 tix totalled 75.

Need to get that fixed FAST or else it'll kill any momentum.

Did someone let Ticketmaster know about this issue? Just curious.

I sent an email to their support team right after I posted.  Haven't heard anything back yet.

Yeah, I sent a mass email out and posted a bulletin on myspace.  Guess I should have done some QA testing on it (probably would have been a good idea for ticketmaster as well).

I sent an email to Erik Book, Director of Ticket Operations here at USF. Don't know if he can fix the problem or if he even knows about it. Maybe he can lite a fire under someone!

As did I, and it even says that it is the 97x promotion and places you in section 219 (none of which would happen if you were simply typing in the wrong code).
