I hope he's close to 100% recovered from that injury - this is his second chance.

He's a hard worker and I know he'll take full advantage of this situation.  He's a tough bull.

If I understand his situation correctly, he will never be even close to 100%.

With the permanent nerve damage he sustained in that horrible injury, the only thing that enables his foot to snap back when running is that one-of-a-kind brace he wears, right?

Hope he signs with someone and makes his mark, though.

Wow...if you're right, that's a horrible injury. Hope he stays healthy and makes the team.

That's right!  The Jets wear Green (unfortunately with White and not Gold).  LOL

Go Bulls!!

J.R. interview from the Giants web site.  Looks like the Univ. of Albany in the background so he must be in camp.

Hoping for the best for JR--- while he is signed, he still needs to make the team. Good luck!

As a Giants fan, I can tell you they have struggled the last few years on returns so I would think he has a decent shot.  Especially if he is faster, as he says.  The Eagles drafted Reed one pick before the Giants in the fourth round.  The Giants used the next pick on a safety and I always wondered if the Eagles snatched him before the G-men could.  He torched the Giants on more than a few returns when he was rotting in Philly.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.

With the climate going on in NCAA athletics, you’re either moving forward at a hard pace or you’re not. I think what intrigued me the most is they’re very determined to become a big player nationally.
