Who remembers Mike Sandy - position and school he came from and the associated level of excitement of the transfer?

I think he was a DB out of Osceola HS and transferred from Rutgers.

This list had Sandy as #5 and Steve Riggs as #14.  Wasn't Riggs a transfer PK from FSU??

Riggs transfered, but pretty sure it wasn't from FSU. Gramatica transfered from FSU.

Sandy doesn't rink a bell.

Trying not to get on a rant, but why bring up something "negative" ? I know it's only stating facts, but this is an appreciation thread. The same could be said for backups. We have a player doing his best to help USF.

I tried researching it, but the FSU rosters from around then does not list a Steve Riggs.  I'm not sure why I thought he was from FSU.  I know Gramatica was from there.  He is listed on the 96 FSU roster.

Does anyone have a 1997 USF media guide?  This will bug me until I hear where Riggs transferred from.  Help a Bull Brother out!!
