USF only has tickets available for USF Donors and Alumni.  I had to go through a screening process just to order my tickets. (Mainly because RU fans were calling USF for the tickets to the game) If USF athletics finds out you are not a USF Alumni or Donor then consider the money you paid for tickets a lovely donation to USF athletics.

is the visitor (USF) allotment of the game sold out?  i'm a student and i was planning on buying the tickets after getting my schedule from the 1st day of classes.. i hope i'm not too late.

I know his name, and he's a junior not a senior. I'm not even a Rutgers fan I just follow college football in general. I do think that Mike Teel sucks though I mean **** last year his TD-INT ratio was 12-13, thats just pathetic and that was with Brian Leonard to throw to in the flats and one of the nations best receiving tight ends in Clark Harris. Now that both are gone, imagine how much worse Teel's ratio could be. He is a year older, and a year more mature but still I don't think he is good enough to be the starting QB of a BCS contender. The media has overrated Rutgers.

I doubt the allotment is sold out... and you should be fine waiting to buy tickets... usually USF has to return its unsold tickets to the schools a few weeks before the game.
