Rushing the field

Here are some more facts:  You will face the prospect of being charged criminally if arrested.  There are enough officers to arrest dozens of field trespassers.  They only will use the tasers if you actively resist arrest (struggling or pulling away like the UF guy) So if you are caught just submit to the handcuffing and go quietly.  You WILL be found guilty.  You WILL have a criminal record. You WILL have to pay the fines and court costs.  That being said you are adults and therefore responsible for your decisions.  For me I don't think the reward would be worth the risk but hey, have fun.

And cue the we need an OCS comments in 3.....2....1......

The comment about marching single file down the stairs in the visitor's section cracks me up.  Ever play Lemmings?  That's what it would be like.  Weee!  Not a good idea.

The comment about rushing the pirate ship is totally random and silly.  I appreciate that.

I hope some of you knuckle heads do rush the field. The mele that ensued after the Louisville game was INSANE.

If you manage to make it onto the field, please make your drunken way down to the South endzone so I can witness the brutality up close. No way to celebrate a monumental win than by ending the night with drunk students flopping around on the field like fish out of water.

Why any of you would want to do this after that night is beyond me.

Yeah, that'd be great! I've got some cattle prods too... kinda like tasers, except extended and at the end of a long rod. They're cheap too... we can just distribute them to the first several rows and then CHARGE.

Of course, then begs the question of how to get them in the stadium... anybody got a catapult?

I've never rushed the field and I was there when we beat Bowling Green, Cincinnati (don't know why people rushed that one), Louisville...and the other games people rushed...I think there's more.

Hell, I was there when we beat #18 Charlotte in basketball(rushed that time), didn't rush for ND though.

I've always wanted to rush at Ray Jay...and after so many years of being a student and not doing it I'm for it this time!  Only if it's a HUGE win!

And Mike G, that shirt is hilarious.

That win got us bowl-eligible.

That's a stupid reason to rush the field.
