I'm also loving how Rutgers is being built up so much. I honestly feel that this team will be the bust of the season. They are going to rely too much on the legs of Rice, and I don't feel he'll be able to carry the team week in and week out. The only other thing working in their favor is that they only have 4 away games (don't know how they pulled this off). Let ESPN respond to USF with one sentence answers. We need to speak for ourselves on the field. They'll know us at season's end.

I already sent them an email with my thoughts about them hyping Rutgers and calling them a national powerhouse. I don't think that it got any where near the brodcast studio, but they at least heard from the Bulls.

I prefer that we are below the radar.  When we are at the end of a winning season, then I will be concerned about coverage, not before.

Every year there's "that team" that starts out with zero publicity that has a great year. And every year, that very same team gets screwed in the rankings because they started too low.

Let's get a buzz going, regardless if we succeed or fail, at least they knew our name.

I think you are wrong about Rutgers.  Teel is geetting much better, and his receivers are as well.  They will be more effective passing this year.  They use the run to set up the pass and play action.  The D should be solid.  They will probably backslide a little - they have to because of the amazing year last year - but not much.
