Will WVU be a Sell Out ?

Granted way too early to give an educated guess, but with sales going strong from WVU fans, a big push from walkups and a record amount of students ... and of course an Auburn vicotry - we'd be close.

I would venture to guess that depending on how many are sold the week before the game, there might be a special price to try and get the Sell Out.

It's an exciting time entering our second decade of USF Football.

I'm guessing it will be the first USF game over 50,000 which means 6,000 to 7,000 people in the east upper deck.  Bucs are away that weekend so the stadium should look great for ESPN with a crowd that large.  (Very smart to always open the east side upper deck with the cameras pointed that direction).

65,000? Probably not.

When all is said and done it will be 45-50k.

45-50, if we lose to AU.  Could be well over 50K (55K??) if we beat AU, but I can't see a sellout just yet.

I think we paint it for Louisville. The Bucs are away that week. Lets hope this game means something and gets picked up for a national broadcast.

Where did you hear it was going to be painted? I'm not questioning you, I'm just surprised since the Rams-Bucs game is just 5 days prior; not alot of turnover time for the field.

It's not the time before that dictates whether the field can be painted... it's the time after.  Since it takes 24 hours for the paint to dry... they can cut the grass and paint on Thursday - in time for the USF game Friday night.
