I don't know about everyone else, but I think too many people are looking ahead to the Louisville and WVU games. I think we should talk about the season one game at a time and stop all this talk about Louisville for the Big East Championship. We haven't played one game yet. I say we focus on Elon.

The only thing we need to worry about on 9-1-07 is no Injuries.

As fans we can speculate, look past games, and even dream of championships.  Now, the players and coaches is a different story.  They must focus on the next game ahead of them.

Keep in mind how close McNeese kept it for a while. I don't about you but I was worried for a while.

McNeese was a good I-AA team, although they struggled the rest of the season.

Elon recently moved from Division II to I-AA, so the talent level will be significantly different.

Oh, and Pat Julmiste graduated.

This kind of crap cracks me up. People like you say Auburn is going to over look us and we are going to pull the upset but then say we are not looking at Elon and looking towards Auburn. Let me tell you one thing we better not overlook one single game this season if we want a chance to winth the BE. And another thing a loss or even a close game to Elon will set ups back years in the eyes of the rest of the nation.

This is the time of the year to dream of what's to come. Once we get into the season, we'll be more focused and serious. Until then, talk of a championship and beating AU will build confidence and hype, that will only make this program better.
