The full court press is on and we have  a 3rd and 7.

And while we're mixing sports analogies...

The bases are loaded with two outs in the bottom of the ninth, and the checkered flag has just been waved!

and for our english football fans no time left in the third period and one penalty kick coming up

I'm used to just coming on the board to get the latest footbulls news but I think I'll start sharing my thoughts. I'm sure there are others who just come on for news. I think that possibly closing to non-members will increase membership. Post # 1 .

Don't cost nuthin' and it guarantees you entrance should we close down viewing to non-members during the season.

I think this helped increase registrations last season.  I believe that's what I noticed when you closed the site to non-members...

Just a thought.

We closed it last year due to server/board stress...we may not NEED to this year.  In any event, we'll see...

Yeah, I do remember that.  I'm just saying that I believe we would see an increase in registrations if we require people to register (and sign-on) to view the board (ex. Bullerz's post above).
