Season Ticket Sales

Wait, I am lost.  A "loyalty program" means that if you can't make it, you make sure the tickets are used by someone else, right?  Or am I reading it wrong?

I think as long as you have "seats in seats", it works fine.

I'm hoping this is the season where it will be easier to see your tix. Although ... seems many of the casual fans are now becoming seasoon ticket holders. But your tix are real good ones and you'll get people that want them. Just hope you make the move back in the near future.

I think a loyalty program is much needed.  However, I'll encourage the inclusion of a caveat that addresses those living way out in the desert that can't possibly make every game...especially since I,  as a show of support, signed up after the Heath announcement for hoops tickets.  I'll do my best to get someone in the seats, but it's a tough job out here.   Maybe double bonus days like at the grocery store?   

I am giving mine up after ohhh I don't know 18,19,20  years.  I will be in the market for some tickets so keep me in mind.

I got season tickets this year, but next year I plan to upgrade to better seats and maybe get 2 more since I will hopefully have a decent job with my great degrees from USF.  I just want to get good seats now when the price is good, then I can keep them FOREVER and EVER!

Me too.  I hope to upgrade mine next year (I'll have to up my piece in the Bulls Club, but it should be worth it), and add 2 more so my brother and his wife can come along, too.

With the opener against Elon still three weeks away, the University of South Florida already has surpassed last year's season-ticket numbers, USF assistant AD Jim Louk said.

The Bulls have sold about 18,300 season tickets, nearly 1,200 more than last year's 17,166 figure.

This year's numbers rank as the second-most season tickets in program history, only behind the 1997 inaugural season, when USF sold 20,619.

Louk said season-ticket sales "are still pretty brisk." The Bulls host Big East preseason favorite West Virginia and defending Big East champion Louisville, along with North Carolina, UCF, Cincinnati and Elon.

I'm never one to get upset about USF posts ... . But after seeing the talks about the 2nd level for the WV game on team board after team board I just got fed up with it.

Claims we sell donor level seats without donating and has a problem with us letting students in "free".

ET, why even bother to acknowledge the dissatisfaction voiced by that UCF poster?

I have absolutely no problem with the students being allowed in at no cost.  They pay an athletics fee with their tuition and should get some perk for that.

Their claim regarding donor level seating is garbage, and not worth commenting on.

Can't wait until opening day!
