Per Auman's blog today.  Going back to his HS alma mater after 20 years at USF.

He was an asset for USF, and his shoes will be hard to fill.

I know all Bulls fans wish him the best as he moves on to this new phase in his career.  He will do very well... Continued success John!!

Absolutely.  He's been a rock for USF during this period of unprecedented growth, and he'll be missed.

How do you leave a Big East program for a high school position? I mean, I appreciate everything he has done for USF, and I wish him the best...but I just don't get it.

Athletic Director at many High Schools, most private, is a higher paying job.

I will personally miss him. I was always impressed with the ease of contact with him and he always replied to my many requests.

And glad to have a BULL as a local HS AD  ;D
