Gransberry didn't take any money, and only played in one game, when he realied he shouldn't be playing in the tourny he stopped playing and Jones didn't take any money, why penalize them?

Because the NCAA is a power-grabbing money whore that micro-manages every aspect of a student athlete's life.

Don't get me wrong, some of the rules are neccessary.  But some are for the birds.
