Alan Dell is too one dimensional. Has he ever written anything about anyone that was not from the Sarasota area?

Huh?  I am not trying to defend him or anything but this statement is a bit unfair.  He writes for the Sarasota Herald, so he is suppose to be one dimensional.  His editors wouldn't think kindly on him running up to Jacksonville, or the Panhandle to cover athletes in that area.  When it comes to beat writers and recruiting they typically are forced to stick with those HS players that are from their area.

Oh, this kid has not committed to UT...his frickin sister attends USF and he's been on campus a ton.  The fact is right now he's a better baseball player and has been projected in the top 3 rounds.  USF has other bigger names they're recruiting and even if they sign Kelly they'll sign another QB because of the possibility he might go pro-baseball.
