As for the new MC, will there be a restaurant there?  Like one with waiters/waitresses.. and/or an on campus bar?  I think those would really keep people on campus a little bit longer and add to the whole noncommuter school feel.

Personally, I love Moe's because they do cater to college students pretty well. Every Monday at their restaurants is called Moe's Mondays, they offer any Burrito, chips, and a soft drink for $5 if you show any school I.D. Everytime I go on a monday the place is always slammed with kids. I chose Moe's over TB because there are 2 TB locations very close to USF and the nearest Moe's to USF is in New Tampa, which sux to drive to.

I am almost 100% positive there will be a Chili's on campus in the MC. There also might be another additional bar, meaning 2 bars total.

The old MC will be demolished and replaced with a large outdoor programming area and expanded MLK plaza.

I only ate once at Moe's (Clearwater Mall)....the service was slow and the place was dirty and messy...I'll won't eat there again.

Definitely Moe's.  Good food, decent rates, and I like the hot sauce offerings.  Hopefully there'll be too much foot traffic for the "Welcome to Moe's" cries.

Chipotle is overpriced and overrated.  Plus, no hot sauce bar whatsoever.

Too bad Tijuana Flats wasn't an option!  Now that hot sauce bar rocks.  Plus...beer and sangria
