Jim at USF is the best coach in the BE.  Greg with Rutgers is a close 2nd.  Then a tie for 3rd with L'ville, Syracuse, and WVA.

No BE coach as done more in their 1st 10 years - historically - than Jim has done.  Granted we were not BE for 10 years but the statistic remains.

The first 8 years of CJL's head coaching career had nothing, even remotely to do with BE football.  Your "statistic" is meaningless. Jim Leavittt is a very good coach, but so far his teams haven't finished higher than 4th in the conference (lets hope that changes really soon)and winning the conference is what the mission of every coach is.

Leavitt and Bobby Petrino came into the BE  from the same place (C-USA) at the same time care to compare their records in the BE?

Rutgers sucks.

Overrated, maybe, but they don't suck. I reserve that for a team like Syracuse.
