Coaches (including BE ones) have consistently snubbed USF.  3-1 after four games will take care of this.

I say just outside the Top 25. The media is still 'getting used' to us. I can certainly appreciate TOP 25 talk regarding a team that didn't exist 12 years ago.  (or is it still 11?)

Of all the signs of respectability, the AP and ESPN polls are usually the slowest to react to new teams. Rutgers didn't really take off in the polls until they beat Louisvile and that was in November.

Fox Sporting News has USF @ 33 and CFN @ 26. So I say about 30 or so.  After the AU game, that number will either spike or take a dive.

If we win obviously it will spike, but it will only dive if we get destroyed. If we put up a good fight then I don't think it would hurt us too much.  Losing to AU bu 6 points looks a lot better than losing to KU by the same number

My prediction still stands at about 32 or so in both AP/Coaches.  With less than 70 to go until kickoff we can only improve.

I said around #30. You do remember that at the end of last year after beating WV and winning the bowl game we got ZERO votes on the coaches poll.

All this publicity is nice because it puts us in peoples mind, gives them good info. that will transalte into some votes. with that said I dont think we will crack the top 25 until we beat Auburn or WV.

We won't need to beat both to crack top 25.  A win over AU will gaurantee a spot in top 25.  A win over both wll put us in top 15-20 - at least.
