Consdiering the other teams that were after Rolle and the other teams after Carter, I'd prefer Carter anyway .... Hope we can get him.

I don't know if "who was after him" matters in this case.  The teams listed as being after him were teams HE told reporters he was interested in.  He was looking at smaller schools on purpose, according to what has been reported. I'm sure bigger schools would have been interested in him, but they couldn't tell anyone they were, only Rolle or his coach could really say anything.

Still, having Carter would be nice in that he could add front court depth immediately, which is very important.  Gransberry CAN do it himself, as he has shown from time to time, but no need to wear him down the way we did last year, or put him in foul trouble so often.
