No Live Bull this year... must wait another year (at least)

USF fans hoping to see a live bull on the sidelines at Raymond James Stadium this fall will have to wait at least another year to see a real Rocky on the field.

The idea had generated much excitement last summer, but a year later, all kinds of logistical problems have kept a live mascot from being cleared for fall Saturday grazing with the Bulls.

They should have gotten the bull used to people by letting it roam around Massaro's restuarant.

Not surprising. What's the reason though? Logistical problems just doesn't cut it. Also, do we have an actual picture of the new Rocky?

How have we moved away from the Brahman Bull?  USF dropped Golden Brahmans in favor of Bulls for marketing reasons, and Brahma is also breed of chicken, which caused confusion.  Rocky's image has changed from the plain Bull of the 60's - early 90's to the robotic evil bull of the late 90's to early 2000's (the goat) to the current bull.  The costume of the mascot always has and still resembles the shape of a Brahman bull.  Why would his breed change?  There is no such thing a just a Bull breed of a male cow.

It is funny how people will opine on the internet without even using the same tool for research to back up their claims.

I just don't see this happening.............EVER.

People are wusses.  Too scared to do something cool like this.

Plus I seriously doubt the Glazer dictatorship will ever agree to it.
