Apple also separately announced Wednesday it was starting a new section on iTunes, called iTunesU, that features sports clips, video and audio from lectures, lab demonstrations and other events at universities across the country.

Texas A&M University, the University of South Florida, Duke University and Stanford University are among the first schools to participate.

This is very cool.  It's amazing how technology is changing the way we communicate.

I think USF announced this a while back...but maybe it was just on Blackboard or something, but I heard about this a couple months ago.

It's nice that USF is considered important enough for a newspaper in Colorado to mention it as one of the "marquee" schools in this program. That might not have been true even five years ago.
