Has Catch 47 shown our recent Spring Game yet?!?!

Catch 47 has been a huge disappointment when it comes to USF Athletics coverage. I've emailed them my displeasure. I think I'm just going to switch to Verizon since they carry the NFL network.

Yeah I was one of the few that had the game last year on ESPNU.  Verizon has the NFL Network, Fox Sports Net, and Sunshine all in HD also.  Unfortunately there is no ESPNU HD yet (or at least I haven't seen one yet).

I'm thinking the same thing .... Hope they have a sale to get 4 rooms hooked up cheap.  

Don't even think about it, just do it. I have it in the living room and decided to keep the other rooms standard cable. Also cough up the $7 extra a month for the DVR box. I can't imagine living without it now. Still have the WVU game saved.

I think I'm going to keep the bright house cable and switch to verizon internet for the ESPN 360. Chanel 47 does show the big east game of the week, which I'm not sure if you can get with Verizon. Anyone know?

I recently switched to Verizon Fios from Brighthouse for a number of reasons and could only think of one con: Catch 47.

But I came to one conclusion. That station sucks and is hardly a Bulls station.

I'm not going to watch an away football game on Catch 47 at my house because I'm usually at a watch party anyway.

If you like ex post facto baseball replayed 3 days in a row (often at the same time a live game is being played) then Catch 47 is for you.

They play a backetball game maybe once a week but since I'm not a big basketball fan (although if my bulls are playing, the tv is on), that isn't even an issue.

Plus, I don't have to listen to that stupid commercial anymore "you can run like they do, you can play like they do..." or whatever it is.

Fios has a very organized channel listing...Sports is 60-66ish. Brighthouse is so scattered it's not even worth knowing the channels over 100.

Couldn't agree more.  I just switched to Fios a couple of weeks ago.  I had been holding because of catch 47, but after waiting and waiting and waiting for any Bulls coverage at all on that station, I just gave up.  It's going to be worth the trade off to have NFL network.  The picuture clarity on Fios seems to be much better as well.  Make the switch.

What is this about ESPN 360? No one mentioned anything about it when they signed me up for Fios...

Can we watch bulls games or anything with a Fios account?

ESPN 360 broadcasts all sorts of things, mostly college football and basketball games. It's a multicasting technology, so it requires arrangements with ISPs. Verizon has entered into ESPN's agreement, Time Warner has told them to screw themselves.
