Football: 2007 Season Ticket

For those wondering about the progress of season tickets, here is what I got from my USF ticket connection:

Sorry for the delayed response was in meetings this morning. I honestly don’t have and couldn’t give you all the exact numbers or stats on everything. But I can tell you we have had a very good retention rate on the renewal side of things. Also at this point of the year in sales for season tickets we are definitely ahead of the pace of previous seasons. If we have a good summer with sales, and also August which is usually a big push for season ticket sales we should definitely be way up over previous totals of season ticket holders. With the way we finished off our 06’-07’ season, the schedule, and overall excitement for next season with the young core of returning players I don’t see how we wouldn’t have a vast increase in the number of season ticket holders. Sorry I can’t give you any exact numbers, but they eventually will be released at different points before the season. The key to me is having fans like yourself spreading the word and getting people involved now while we our on this great upswing in the program. Pretty soon in the not to distant future it’s going to be tough to get great seats for the season, and its best to get in on this program now. I know being a recent alumni myself and growing with this program it’s exciting and encouraging to see the rapid growth of our athletics department from the inside out as a whole not just in football.
