Don't worry Flip...In no way did I think Matt could do something like this.  I was just outraged at the fact that someone would say this.  I can understand that the USF and UofL rivalry is becoming something. But this is sending it in the wrong direction...

I too was at the Louisville game last year...and that stab at the fans, just wrong!  I think they were just pissed that we even walked in their stadium with confidence...and signs that read(in big letters) 45-14, Remember last year?, IN GROTHE WE TRUST and stuff like that.

That is complete fiction, I was at that game and did not see anything close to Grothe spitting on any fan.  I know I received quite a few rude comments from fans but that is to be expected I was in their house.  I can't wait for this years game.

Agree with nuke about Grothe after he scores ... and I noticed watching last years games these past few months that most, if not ALL our players react this way ... simply handing/tossing the ball to the ref.
