Notre Dame must have had a bad year, they cleaned house in the tourney last season and now they get ousted on Day 2...

ND had won the tournament the past six years.  Essentially they were the face of the Big East.  That is one reason the Big East isn't getting much respect this season.  This is the first time that they haven't won a game in the Big East Tourney.

Actually I think the Big East is getting more respect than ever. Looks like 3 teams will make it to tourney. More than any other year I believe.

Sorry for not being up on current events but what does USF have to do to make the NCAA's? Do we have a chance?

We have to win the entire tournament to have a realistic chance. As the fifth-place team in a nondescript league, we don't have enough extras to get there -- especially in a year where a lot of experts are projecting only five SEC teams making the tournament, and none of them are named Florida or LSU. A down SEC year opens up a third slot for Louisville, but not for us.
