Arkansas' paying Stan Heath $900,000 to go away -- which Heath said he didn't want to discuss when reached at his new job at South Florida

...Heath’s buyout is $ 900, 000 over three years, according to the terms of contract. But it also stipulates that if he finds another job he is only owed the difference between his new salary and the annual buyout total.
