Okay. So I'm driving down Fowler to a USF Alumni Association meeting tonight...

I pass by the Bull Ring... it's 5:45... no cars. no lights.  place looks dead.

And it is.

I pull in and actually looked inside... it looks like they are closed for good.

Not sure when this happened... I hadn't seen anything on here about it...

R.I.P. Bull Ring.

That location has never been able to support a restaurant, I was surprised when they put it there.

that sucks.  I enjoyed going to the Bull Ring.  

Maybe we can have a South Florida sports expert open a bar there.   :D

The restaurant business is tough everywhere. Throw in slow service, a bad location and somewhat pricey menu and it's a recipe for failure.

IF they could have opened this restaurant on campus or nearer to campus they may have a better run.

If you ever wonder whatever happened to "Death Row", well, it's now that section of Fowler from 15th Street to Nebraska. To stick a new restaurant right in there was a very bold move.
