the hardcore fans are not part of the discussion. they will go anywhere.

but the casual fan as it stands now, can make a day out of things in downtown pittsburgh.

and by the time this proposed stadium would be built, the area around heinz will have many more options for dining and entertainment.

It always revolves around "WINNING" . . . and here we are talking about a nothern city and a team with tradition, Heisman and Nat'l Titles.
