or does anyone else have issue where double underlined words show up on this site and then when cursor moves over them it pops up and offers an add to some obscure site. It is not a huge problem but was wondering if it was computer or the board.

I get that too, and I don't like it.  One of the smarter people on the board should be able to answer that question.

Hope they respond to this very soon.

I am using a laptop right now, and I thought maybe that was the reason.  However, I just checked out the desktop computer and it is showing up there as well.

maybe it brings in money for advertising? I don't know, but it's annoying.

It's a test on some ad software...just a test to see how it works...If you click on the doubleunderlined word you can see what the link is about, if interested, you can follow it.  Not sure if it is something we can use or not for revenue generation.  I thought it was rather unintrusive when I saw it in use on another site.  I'd love to get feedback from the board members.

Feedback is that it pops up when the cursor moves over it and it moves from word to word in some posts. I could get used to it but I am primarily a laptop user and the cursor tends to move on my touch pad a lot and I have been redirected a couple of times. when you click with the laptop settings the way most are it takes out of this site and into another site.

I think if it brings in money for you guys, then I could put up with it. But, it is annoying. I am glad though that my computer didn't download some adware or something

It only recognizes words that are spelled correctly ;)
