What I don't understand is how we are below Pittsburgh.  I recognize that in 10 team segments its pretty hard to distinguish between them. Tell me the difference between #24 and #27.   But I don't think Pitt should be in the top40. I think that Cinci is better than Pitt and Cinci is at 50.  Just goes to show what a jock the fox sports rankings are.

It is not where you start, but where you finish.  I would love Top 15 and #1 in the Big East, but I'd be happy with the Top 25 for the rest of the year after we beat Auburn.

Wins take care of bad preseason rankings.  Who really cares where we are ranked in the preseason.  I mean if we were in the mid 80s or so it would be something totally different.....................Oh UCF is in the 80s??
