Just a quick search of the news makes me nervous about the APR numbers today...According to the Miami Herald FIU will take some big hits.  Greg reports that per John Gerdes, USF should have no penalties....let's get that in print quickly!

To be honest, we decided the absence of penalties wasn't newsy enough to put anything in the paper today. We'll have a short writeup in the paper tomorrow, with local stuff tagged onto national stories of programs that are losing scholarships. I'll have a longer writeup on the blog  -- I know, shocking :) -- to compare USF's scores to rest of state and Big East ...

Amen Bulliever!  Heaven forbid there's news that we could read in the paper which makes us feel good about our local University!  It's like only writing home from college to tell your family you bombed a test or were arrested!

I smell news there Brad.  Iowa State's APR is so low they are losing FB scholarships.  The former coach is on the USF staff now.....you figure out the rest.   ;D
