Sourgrapes. I take more stock into people like Jay Bilas who basically ripped Arkansas for the firing so that they could get Billy Gilispee. Now, Arkansas is stuck with an unproven coach from South Alabama.

Motivation is overrated.

Getting your players to believe in the system you install and the game plan you create is what coaching is about.

You can motivate someone, pump them up, etc. and you can have the best game plan in college but if your players don't believe in you and the game plan that is in store then you will fail.

Motivate players???????  Kent State, yea, freakin' Kent State, went 30-8 and to the Elite Eight under Coach Heath.  I suppose the Golden Flashes were 'unmotivated' that season?  Be wary of posters on message boards with 'agendas.'
