early reports are the Leavitt has violated Hillsborough County Water Restrictions.

undercover sting operation reported seeing Leavitt water his lawn on consective days.  Also, it was between the hours of 8am and 6pm so be broke 2 laws at once.  the USF athletic department was contacted but denied knowing that Coach leavitt even owned a lawn.  There is an investion going on to find out if Leavitt filed the correct papers with the NCAA before he could obtain a grass lawn.

the NCAA has contacted the hillsborough county water department for more information.

possible infractions and penalties could be handed down as soon as next week.

this SUCKS...our program is finished.

I think CJL did this on purpose to take the media spotlight off Matt... This is what good coaches do.
