O-Line for 2007

Our biggest wins of the year were WVU & ECU, the last 2 games ... and we basicly have the entire O-line returning. Hopefully Huners' injury is not too bad.

We have improved our depth on the interior.

We are strong at Tackle with expecting to have Dile and Walker play ther, not the best of depth.

Feel very good about this line taking care of things.

And we know Grothe can avoid things in the backfield.

I'm tellin' ya.  This is the year of the bull.

UofL and WVU have been there from the get-go, Rutgers announced their presence, nationally, last year, and now it's USF's turn.

It's still early as far as line-ups and injuries and what-not, but I'm picking USF to win the BigEast this year.

Too many variables at UofL, too much pressure and still not enough defense at WVU, and RU is a one-hit wonder until proven otherwise.

Agree depth at tackle is a concern.  Can't afford any more injuries on the O-Line and hope Huners returns to 100%, whether this year or next.  Maybe Edenfield will add depth at tackle in the Fall.

Edenfield looks like a MONSTER at the tackle position. I hope he pans out to be as good as expected.

we  cant seem to get this unit to dominate game after game

last year... Grothe was the only real option.

year before... Andre Hall was it.

This year... our offensive attack has as many weapons as it ever has had.

Well, only a half fact. Half the starters were playing against each other on opposite teams. It's a dilution of our talent pool. I'm sure it will be much different when all of the best o-lineman are in together during the regular season.
