Ironically enough, we had our rehersal dinner there for my daughter and son in law last Friday night. The service was great, food was great, and drinks were great also. Everyone was pleased. We were in the back room, so we were away from the rest of the crowd,(about 25). In any event, we were pleased.    Reaper

From what I was told is that USF fans never embraced the place so they just said screw it. I know it had its problems in the beginning, but no restaurant runs smooth the 1st few months.

I didn't mind it when I went. Decent food, ok atmosphere.

I've been there twice and thought it was ok.  The first time was for the Womens Bbal game vs. Uconn in the BE tourney.  Stupidly I went to two other places(who didnt have the game on) before I remembered we had a USF restaurant all the way on Nebraska.  They had the game on all the TV's and the wings I got were VERY GOOD, service was fine too.  BUT NOBODY WAS THERE!!! I was expecting a watch party or something at the one and ONLY Bullring.  I think the place is poorly advertised and hasnt picked up because of it.  It should team up with the Bulls Outfitter/Bulls Heaven or other sucessful USF related businesses to boost customers base.

Oh, and how bout MORE USF STUFF on the WALLS!!! I felt like I had more in my house than they had on their walls.

IF it's good, you'll drive to get there.  If you drive, and, when you get there the food is ok at best, do you drive again? No.

BUT, IF you advertise and build a little hype, you may try again.

I think they would make a killing if they made Rockeys(at the claw) the place to be. It's next to all the apartments and it has cheap beer and cheap food.   It just needs to be bigger, get some more TV's, and advertise.

The Bullring has been underwhemling every time i've been there. It's a horrible location...there's a reason Hops didn't make it there...they should have thought about it before they spent the money.

Its opening this week.  Fellow bullpener, BigBullsOGold is a manager there.  It should be the place to go again for usf students very soon.
