Back on topic, as stated in another thread Marshall didn't have the mettle to coach here.  Good thing we have Heath; who wants a **** challenge and wants to win here.  Marshall was underqualified and nothing special in my opinion - other than a SoCon (or whatever conference it was) NCAA one-bid conference recipient.  Who cares, really?

According to Greg A.'s blog, Heath has an all state 6' 8" big man from Miramar at the game.   :)  Already at it.  I love it.

I'm not sure what Marshall is receiving for incentives, but I believe he is making more in base pay ($750k).  However, CSH can make over 800k with incentives.
