Dan Hipsher is an absolute menace. He has a punk kid and even his mother (Grandma Hipsher) likes to that ****. I can't decide if it's unbelievably hilarious or unbelievably scary that he's an employee of this university.

I have enough Dan Hipsher stories I've witnessed in person to fill several novels.

what is the problem with this guy?

One particular memory is he, his mother, and his son (who played for Akron) all flipping off the OU student section after the son hit a game-winning shot in overtime (which was later found to have been after the buzzer, but was never corrected).

That's one of many. He recruited thugs and criminals who had been cast off from other schools to Akron, and when he was fired it was several years too late.

That's what surprises me. If anyone knows the exploits of Dan Hipsher, it's Stan Heath. They were sworn enemies.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
