Create a player needs to come back. How else are you supposed to put the correct players on the depth chart?

Anyway, 07 was worlds better than 06 as far as gameplay goes, but with the 360 and ps3 i was VERY disappointed.....VERY VERY VERY disappointed that some of the features were taken out. Hell, the xbox version had a deeper dynasty mode than the 360! Makes NO sense whatsoever.

Let's hope that the 08 game takes the same leaps and bounds in the dynasty mode that the 07 game took in the gameplay aspect. *crosses fingers*

They ARE still going to make a ps2 version, won't they?  I can't sink five hundred into a video game system.

I'm sure they will...they did for '07, they wouldn't change it.

Surprisingly, they are coming out with a PS2 version but not an Xbox version. This is rather unfair, in my mind, but oh well. Perhaps I should head down the road to Maitland and give them a piece of my mind.

Also, I'm surprised anyone could consider the 2007 X360 version "good." It's half finished. It only had a handful of stadiums, replays were all screwed up, and there were myriad other problems compared to the regular Xbox version.

It's not surprising considering Microsoft itself abandoned the Xbox faster than anybody has abandoned a console in decades.  PS2 is still outselling Xbox 360.  As for '07, you are right about it being half finished.  In fact, it received a 79 rating from metacritic.com as opposed to an 87 on the PS2 and an 88 on the original Xbox.  That's EA's fault for releasing an unfinished game for a next gen console.  Anyway, I expect this year's Xbox 360 and PS3 (which I'll own it on) versions will include all the features.  Hopefully they give USF players the ratings they deserve.

I was only referring to the current units on the market.  

it will be on the market in two weeks, way before the ncaa 08 release, thus both put out 1080p

Im buying the premium Xbox 360 on friday, Im very excited  

Ive been saving for months and i dont really need the elite because i dont need 120 gb or hdmi because i dont have a HDTV

The other xbox 360's can output 1080p too using the VGA connection, the same thing monitors have been using for "HD" resolutions for years.  1920x1080 = 1080i/p.  HDMI just makes it easier if your TV doesn't have a VGA input, and HDMI doesn't require a cord for sound since HDMI is DVI+sound (DVI used for newer monitors and LCDs).

PS3 has had HDMI all along and it's HDMI 1.3 spec, whereas the 360 Elite will just be HDMI 1.2 which doesn't include the lossless sound that 1.3 has.
