It's either 2:00pm -- which is when they open during the season -- or more likely 4:00pm -- the old time for USF games.

But since that information has not been disclosed, I don't really know for sure.

It used to be three hours before kickoff, if IIRC.

According to the insert in the package with the tickets they sent - Parking Lots open at 4PM, Gates open at 6PM and Kickoff is at 7PM

I think the South Lot opens at 4 PM, but I'm not sure where I read that info.
