however, he did say "sleeping giant" again.

he said he cant wait to get the 40,000 students involved.  also said finishing out the recruiting class is a big priority.  mentioned needing to hit the next years class hard right now too.

his focus is clearly on recruiting.

i thought it was funny when Rock asked about his family moving to tampa.  Stan was explaining how excited his kids were about moving to tampa.  Rock kinda questioned it, asking about how they felt leaving their friends...and stan smiled and said something like "well they were living in fayetteville, ark and had a chance to move to tampa"

I love his enthusiasm for the program! I think he was the exact coach we needed to bring in. We will do great things in the next couple years, just wait.

It's not overrated, it's necessary.  Using the cliche sleeping giant makes me cringe but other than that he's been great with his enthusiasm that is obviously  one of the reasons he's a great recruiter.  He's also good with the media and that's needed to get people to show up before we win and even after we win.  Having a charismatic coach never hurts.
