I'm writing a paper for comp, was wondering if anyone had the lease information on ray jay? How much a game  etc.....

Jim is USF through and through.  

Legend has it that he was in the negotiations with the TSA and the Glazers for the Ray Jay lease.  Malcolm wanted USF to pay $150K per game, and Jim threatened to roundhouse kick him in the chops if he didn't bring the price down.

He's a badass.
