USF/UConn Game 2

Bulls up 3-0 heading into the 8th.  Pitchers duel today.  Not on the UConn radio network today or tomorrow, so we can't laugh at how bad the announcers are.

Bulls went down in order in the 8th, still 3-0.  Chris Delaney is still in the game.

Leadoff hitter got on by a Diaz error, so Delaney was pulled.  Great game by Chris.  Hopefully Sanford can shut them down.

Check that, Bilardello pitched to the leadoff batter.  Nonetheless, Chris Delaney pitched a gem today.  Need some outs.

Sanford got the pitcher's best friend (double play) and then another ground out to end the threat.  After 8 innings, Bulls 3-0.  Let's get some insurance runs!!

I have to admit, I'm becoming more and more interested in baseball.  I'm stuck at home writing a paper today (and its really nice outside).  Hopefully they can get the win, checking back every so often to see the score is serving as a nice diversion to the paper that I probably should have had finished by now, but don't.

Livestats is having problems, but this game is done.  I just checked UConn's athletic site, and they already have this game posted as a 3-0 loss, so that is all the confirmation I need.
