If it were between Amaker and Heath, I'd take Heath.  The SEC frosh of the year, Patrick Beverly that everyone is saying may transfer where Heath goes narrowed his college choices to Michigan and Arkansas.  Guess where he signed?  If Amaker couldn't get a Chicago kid to go to Michigan over Arkansas...well, you get the picture.  Heath is a heck of a salesman.  Plus, Heath has won and gone to the NCAAs at two schools.  Amaker is 0-fer in 8 seasons at Ann Arbor.

Amaker would be okay with me, but I sure like Heath WAY better.

Normal

here is a link to see Ark's 2006 recruiting class under Heath

three 4 stars and a 3 star

Patrick Beverley PG  6-2 175 -   Chicago, IL 4star

Michael Washington PF  6-8 235 -  McGehee, AR 4star

Sonny Weems SF  6-6 200 -   West Memphis, AR 4star

Stefan Welsh SG  6-3 180 -  Newport News, VA 3star

ark also signed Al Jefferson of the Boston Celtics in 2005... 5 star, skipped college and went into the draft.

don't forget while he is a good recruiter arkansas is still perceived as a big time program by recruits (easier to sell kids on ark than USF)

Arkansas has some great facilities too, and a heavy basketball tradition.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
